Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery time is separate from processing time and varies by destination and shipping method. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Can I return or exchange my perfume oil?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, except where required by law. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@vellureco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help. See our refund policy for details.

How do I wear Velvet Rosé?

Apply a small amount to pulse points such as your wrists and neck. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
