Vellure currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing time

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method; carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking your order

Tracking information will be sent when your order ships. If your shipment is delayed or you need help, contact hello@vellureco.com with your order number.

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after an order ships.

Damaged or incorrect items
