These terms apply to your use of Vellure’s website and purchases from our store. Vellure is hosted on Shopify, which provides our online commerce platform.

Products and orders

Our launch offering is Velvet Rosé Perfume Oil — 10 mL. Product availability, prices, and descriptions are displayed on the product page. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. If we discover a pricing error, an inventory problem, or another issue affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.

Shipping and returns

We currently ship within the United States only. Please review our shipping policy and refund policy before ordering. These policies describe processing times and how to contact us about order issues.

Using our website

You may use this website for lawful shopping and informational purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, access another person’s account without permission, or submit fraudulent orders.

Vellure’s branding, images, and original website content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except as permitted by law. Screen settings and lighting may affect how product colors appear.
